Use 2-3 servings of Diet Whey™ daily to help ensure a lean and toned physique. Use at any stage throughout the day when a high-protein kick-start to the metabolism is needed. Add 1 or 2 scoops (25g - 50g depending upon preference and requirements) of Diet Whey to 250ml (if used 1 scoop) or 400ml (if used 2 scoops) of ice cold water and shake for 10 seconds.
